Andrey Londra
Andrey Londra is the creator and host of CISO Unplugged and Regional Cybersecurity Lead at SecurityHQ, where he helps enterprises across Europe and the US strengthen their resilience and align with evolving regulations.
With a background that spans hands-on security operations and executive advisory, Andrey bridges the gap between strategy and real-world cybersecurity.
Driven by a passion to make security human, engaging, and relevant, he founded CISO Unplugged to bring honest conversations with CISOs and industry leaders to the forefront—sharing lessons, stories, and insights that inspire smarter, stronger security leadership.
Reza Razmi
Reza Razmi is the co-host of CISO Unplugged and Regional Cybersecurity Lead for SecurityHQ in the UK. He advises organisations on resilience, regulatory alignment, and integrating security into business strategy.
With expertise in governance, risk, and compliance (NIS2, CAF, NIST CSF), Reza has guided resilience programmes and executive tabletop exercises that strengthen leadership response to cyber risk.
Holding certifications including GSTRT, GCIH, CCISO, and CySA+, Reza brings both depth and strategic perspective to every conversation — combining technical insight with real-world experience in cybersecurity leadership.
